Agentic Marketing.
Explained.

What Agentic Marketing really is, how it differs from marketing automation, and where it already delivers impact in mid-sized companies today. From the AGENTICAL workshop, without the trend buzz.

01 · Definition

What is Agentic Marketing?

Agentic Marketing is a way of working in which several specialised AI agents take on marketing tasks together. One agent researches, a second writes, a third reviews, a fourth publishes. Every agent knows its role, every agent follows clear ground rules, all of them work towards one goal. The team sets the direction, the human keeps a hand on the wheel.

01

Specialisation

Every agent has a clear marketing role: content, SEO, analytics, campaigns, PR. Not a generalist bot, but expertise per task.

02

Collaboration

Agents hand results to each other like a marketing team. One agent delivers the research, the next the draft, the third the optimisation.

03

Autonomy within guardrails

Within clear ground rules, agents decide the next step themselves. No rigid if-then logic, but judgement inside a defined corridor.

02 · Distinction

Not marketing automation. Something new.

Marketing automation has shaped marketing for the past fifteen years: fixed workflows, clear if-then rules, predictable sequences. Agentic Marketing is not the next step of the same logic. It is a different logic.

Classic automation

If a lead visits the whitepaper page, send email X. If email X is opened, send Y. Rigid rules, heavy maintenance, brittle in edge cases.

Agentic Marketing

The agent recognises the behaviour, weighs the context, and chooses the right next move from several options. Learns from reactions without being reprogrammed.

Tool vs. colleague

Automation is a tool that executes tasks. An agent is a colleague you can hand a task to, one that asks back, clarifies and delivers.

Maintenance load

Automation has to be reworked whenever tools change. Agents adapt: new tone of voice, new platform, new audience. More speed, less friction.

Both have their place. Where rules are reliable enough, automation stays the right choice. Where judgement matters, Agentic Marketing adds the missing layer.

03 · Use cases

Three examples from the mid-market.

Where we see Agentic Marketing deliver in client projects. Not slideware promises, but productive setups.

01

Content series in days

Research, draft, SEO optimisation and image selection as an agent chain. What used to take an agency two weeks now runs in two days, at the same quality and under the team's control.

02

ABM with AI agents

Account-based marketing: one agent researches, a second personalises outreach, a third classifies signals from the CRM. Sales and marketing see the same signals at the same time.

Sales alignment
03

Reporting that moves the needle

Weekly insights from analytics, Search Console, CRM and campaign platforms. An agent condenses, prioritises and delivers readable recommendations. The team acts instead of interpreting.

04 · In practice

Our approach in three stages.

Agentic Marketing is not a tool you install. It is a process we set in motion together. Our ordering principle: people, processes, tools. In that order. Each stage builds on the previous one.

01

AI literacy

Your marketing team learns to work with AI professionally. Briefings, prompts, quality checks. First efficiency gains appear in everyday work.

Empowerment
02

Specialised assistants

Custom assistants, built precisely for recurring marketing tasks. Consistently high quality, no key-person risk.

Consulting
03

Autonomous agents

A team of agents that handles whole marketing workstreams on its own. Maximum scalability at stable cost.
