Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically secure and high-performing web presence).
Each time our website www.agentical.de is accessed, our system automatically records technical data from the requesting end device:
The data is used to ensure a smooth connection, comfortable use of the website, evaluation of system security and stability and for other administrative purposes. It is deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 30 days.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Through the form "AI Potential Check" you can share information about your current situation with us in five short steps. We collect the following data:
From your input we automatically generate an initial positioning ("Pioneers", "Structurers" or "Scalers") and propose three possible directions for action. This evaluation runs rule-based directly in your browser.
Through the contact form at /kontakt you can reach us without obligation. We collect your name, company, email address, optionally phone number, the type of enquiry (e.g. live session, potential check, cooperation) and your message.
Through the application form at /bewerbung you can apply for an advertised position or send a speculative application. We collect your name, email address, position of interest, your motivation or project description and optionally a link to your portfolio/LinkedIn and a CV. A classic cover letter is not required.
Your form data is processed for the following purposes and forwarded to the following recipients:
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) for handling your enquiry. Insofar as you have consented to active contact, additionally Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). For bot protection: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in spam prevention).
Storage period: Your enquiry is stored for as long as is necessary to process it and any follow-up questions. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 11).
For booking meetings we use Google Calendar provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you book an appointment via the booking link provided, the data you enter there (at least name, email address and preferred time) is transmitted to Google and processed there.

On pages with forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile provided by Cloudflare Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) to defend against automated requests. Turnstile is a privacy-friendly alternative to classic captchas: it analyses behavioural signals and device characteristics without requiring you to click images.
In doing so, Cloudflare may process, among other things, IP address, browser information and interaction patterns. Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against spam and automated attacks).
Our website uses the typefaces "Archivo", "Archivo Black", "IBM Plex Mono" and "Inter". These are delivered exclusively locally from our own server (agentical.de). No connection to Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) or other third parties is established. Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties when the fonts are loaded.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent display). As font delivery takes place via our own server, it forms part of the hosting processing.
The first time you visit our website, a cookie banner opens through which you can control which categories of cookies and third-party services are loaded. Without your consent, only technically necessary functions are executed. We store your selection in your browser (LocalStorage, key cookie-consent-v3) and you can change or withdraw it at any time via the small cookie icon at the bottom left of the page.
After you have given your consent to the "Statistics" category, we load Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Measurement ID: G-QN9Z1G3Q1E. We use IP anonymisation (anonymize_ip: true). Data collected includes anonymised IP address, device and browser information, page views, time on page and events triggered. Cookies such as _ga and _ga_* are set for up to 24 months.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
After you have given your consent to the "Marketing" category, we load the Google Ads conversion tag provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Conversion ID: AW-18042458928. It measures whether a visit triggered by a Google ad has led to an enquiry. No personal data is transmitted to Google in this process, other than the randomly assigned conversion ID.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking the cookie icon at the bottom left of the page and changing your selection. Analytics cookies already stored will be deleted if you withdraw consent for the "Statistics" category. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.
You can also prevent or delete the storage of cookies in your browser, or install the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
