Our conviction: with a good agentic setup, every person on the team multiplies their leverage. People bring judgement, strategy and relationships. The agents take over the recurring work. This leverage is not a slogan, it is the way we work every day. Whoever joins here learns this way of working at one of the few places where it is already real.

Right now we are specifically looking for one student role. At the same time we welcome spontaneous applications from people who think agent-first, learn fast and want to help build an agentic workforce. Working student Marketing & Research assistance

You support our marketing and the further development of our agent teams. Sometimes you help build content and campaigns, sometimes you support research and testing of new agent roles. A rare mix of creative and technical work.

You are a student, like working with AI and language, write cleanly and think in a structured way. Prior experience with AI tools is a plus, not a must. Cologne or remote, flexible hours.
