Who we listen to

People who really understand AI, marketing, sales, design or software and want to deliver operationally. We currently have only one dedicated open role. For everything else: tell us why it fits and we assess it individually.

What matters to us

  • Ownership. Nobody here waits for approvals through five layers.
  • Clean craft. Text, code, design or process: we want to see how you work, not how you sound.
  • Concrete examples over buzzwords. A link to something you built says more than a three-page cover letter.
  • Agent-first thinking. You see AI agents as tools and colleagues, not as a threat or a marketing phrase.

How we run things

We do not want a big team for the sake of growth. We want a small, strong team that works with agents like others work with colleagues. From marketing to coding, agents are colleagues. From day one you learn how to think, brief and deliver with them.

What you do is visible and takes effect immediately. Instead of losing yourself in coordination, you build things that move the company forward.
