Prompting & AI trainer

We bring agents into real companies. The people there need real prompting skills, not a half-day workshop, but an everyday routine. We are not hiring an employee. We are looking for a freelance partner who works alongside us in real client engagements, sets standards and helps shape an entirely new profession.

Why now

We are at an odd point. Everyone talks about AI, few can actually work with it. Companies get agents that take over processes. But their teams cannot brief cleanly, cannot check sensibly, cannot iterate cleverly. That is where your role emerges: not the "AI basics" seminar of the past three years, but real prompting skill that moves into everyday work and processes.

Whoever does this profession well right now defines its standard. In two years there will be many. Today only a few are truly good, and demand is very real. That is your chance.

What you do

  • Trainings and coachings inside real engagements. Leadership, marketing, sales, operations. Not generic, always close to the actual client process.
  • Building playbooks. Prompt libraries, role patterns, anti-patterns. Tailored to the specific team, useful in practice, not slide-heavy.
  • Setting standards. What does a good prompt look like for this team? When does an agent take over, when does the human stay? You help clients answer these questions cleanly.
  • Working closely with us. You get access to the agent teams we set up at clients. Your trainings make the people who work with our agents genuinely capable.

What you bring

  • Trainer or consulting track record in AI, verifiable. Not "held a workshop once". But: repeatedly made people actually smarter.
  • Deep prompting understanding. You know the difference between Claude, GPT and Gemini. You know good prompt patterns and can explain why they work.
  • Translation skill. Client teams talk "AI strategy". You translate that into "which two prompts do you build this week".
  • Self-employment. You work as a freelance partner, invoice yourself, know your worth.

How we work together

  • Freelance partnership at first. Recurring engagements, predictable workload, clear roles. No "let's see" gigs.
  • Fair day rates. We work with direct clients, no agency chain. What we agree on lands with you.
  • Employment later possible. If it fits and you want it, we talk about a permanent role at some point. No condition, no expectation.
  • A team you actually want to be part of. Small, specialist, agent-first. No corporate overhead, no ticket factory.

Applying as a small task (please no standard cover letter)

We get enough applications straight from text generators. We want to read you, not a model. So a small take-home instead of CV theatre:

  • 1. Your most elegant prompt. Just the prompt, plus two or three sentences on why you find it elegant.
  • 2. A common AI misconception you see in client teams, and how you address it. One paragraph.
  • 3. One thing you would change about typical AI trainings. Concrete, not abstract.

No mandatory CV. If you like, a link to your website, LinkedIn or references. We read ourselves and reply within a few days. Answers that clearly come from a text generator get filtered out. If you really want in, we will notice.
